MarketHop is a platform that helps market vendors build one profile and apply to markets, and helps market organizers post markets and review applications. MarketHop is operated by Blue Mustang Studios, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company. In this policy, "we", "us", and "MarketHop" refer to Blue Mustang Studios, LLC.

This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email us at hello@markethop.io.

We collect the information you give us when you use MarketHop:

• Account information, such as your name and email address, handled through our authentication provider when you sign in.
• Vendor profile information you enter, such as your business name, contact details, location, what you sell, product listings, photos, and any optional credentials like insurance or a license number.
• Organizer and market information, such as your organization name and the markets you post.
• Application information, including the markets you apply to and the notes you send with an application.
• Payment information when you pay or collect a fee. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store full card numbers.
• Basic technical data, such as log and device information, that is created automatically when you use the site.

We use your information to:

• Provide and operate MarketHop.
• Fill your market applications from your profile, the core of what MarketHop does.
• Process applications, payments, and payouts.
• Communicate with you about your account and applications.
• Keep the service secure and improve how it works.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information with service providers that help us run MarketHop, only as needed to provide the service:

• Clerk, for sign-in and account management.
• Stripe, for payment processing.
• Neon, for our database.
• Vercel, for hosting the app and storing uploaded images.

When you apply to a market, the application information you submit is shared with that market's organizer so they can review it. We may also disclose information if required by law.

You can delete your account at any time from your settings, which removes your profile from MarketHop. You can also email us to request deletion. Some records may be kept where we are required to retain them, for example for tax or legal reasons.

We use cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to operate the site. We do not use them to sell your information.

MarketHop is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
