Organizer Agreement

This agreement is between you (the market organizer) and Blue Mustang Studios, LLC, which operates MarketHop. You accept it when you set up your organizer account. It governs how you take booth-fee payments from vendors through MarketHop. It is in addition to the MarketHop Terms of Service and the Stripe Connected Account Agreement you accept during payout setup.

Booth-fee payments are charged on your own connected Stripe account. You receive 100% of your booth price. MarketHop's service fee (currently 5%) is added on top of the booth fee and paid by the vendor at checkout, not deducted from you, and your first market carries no MarketHop fee. MarketHop is a platform that connects you with vendors and facilitates the payment. It is not the seller of your booth space and does not hold your funds.

As the merchant of record, you are responsible for refunds, chargebacks, and any related fines on your transactions. You handle refunds according to your own policy through your Stripe dashboard. These amounts come from your balance, not MarketHop's.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blue Mustang Studios, LLC and MarketHop from any claims, losses, damages, chargebacks, fines, or costs arising from your markets, your transactions, your content, or your breach of this agreement.

If you owe MarketHop or Blue Mustang Studios, LLC any amount, for example a chargeback or fine MarketHop is required to cover on your behalf, you authorize us to recover it by deducting from your future payouts or by billing you directly.

You confirm that:

• You operate a lawful business and run real markets or events.
• You are not in a prohibited category (for example cannabis, weapons, adult, gambling, or other businesses restricted by Stripe).
• You have authority to enter this agreement.
• The information you provide is accurate and kept up to date.

You agree not to use MarketHop for anything unlawful or fraudulent, to host prohibited businesses, or to misrepresent your markets or your vendors.

MarketHop may suspend your account, withhold payouts, or end your access if you violate this agreement, present a risk, or for legal or compliance reasons.

You are responsible for your own taxes on the booth fees you collect. Stripe may issue you a 1099-K for payments processed on your account.

We may update this agreement; the date at the top reflects the current version, and continued use means you accept it. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
